Abstract
This study aims to explore the relationship between psychedelic experiences and changes in death attitudes and death anxiety. Current empirical research has revealed that the psychedelic experience can lead to decreases in individuals levels of death anxiety and change their attitude surrounding death and the dying process. However, no research has directly investigated which elements of the psychedelic experience may be leading to this reduction.
