Preregistration
Baseline HRV predicts bidirectional treatment response in major depressive disorder: high-HRV patients respond better to psilocybin, low-HRV patients respond better to SSRIs
Abstract
This preregistration documents a specific quantitative prediction derived from the precision dynamics framework prior to any analysis of clinical datasets. The prediction was generated from a coupled ODE system implementing the CANAL framework (Carhart-Harris et al. 2022) and is described in the repository at github.com/gabrielmanhaes/precision-dynamics
