Developing Typologies of Psychedelics Users in the United States
Abstract
This study aims to better understand patterns of psychedelic drug use in the United States. By examining demographic, socioeconomic, and behavioral characteristics associated with the use of serotonergic hallucinogens, we hope to identify different, common typologies of users to better understand the impacts of different types of use on outcomes related to health behaviors, deviance, polysubstance use, prosocial behavior, and mental health.
