Abstract
This paper aims to improve the precision and safety of psychedelic therapy by identifying baseline features (demographic and trait factors) that help to predict the intensity of acute, subjective effects in the context of ceremonial use of ayahuasca at various retreat centers. This information can help to minimize the risk of adverse reactions and help to better standardize future trials with ayahuasca and other serotonergic psychedelics.
