White Matter Microstructure and Psilocybin Treatment for OCD: Baseline Associations, Longitudinal Change, and Link to Symptom Response
Abstract
This project is a secondary analysis of a psilocybin treatment trial for patients with OCD. We examine whether baseline white matter microstructure predicts treatment response, whether white matter microstructure changes from baseline to post-treatment, and whether the magnitude of that change relates to symptom improvement.
