Adverse Events after Naturalistic Psilocybin Use: Analysis from the PUNS Study
Abstract
In a prospective, naturalistic study of psilocybin use participants were recruited to report daily experiences via ecological momentary assessment (EMA) as well as self-report surveys. The novel PAT-AE instrument was given to participants before and after psilocybin use. Changes in the PAT-AE from baseline in the direction of worsening are characterized as adverse events (AEs).
