Comparative Efficacy and Safety of Ketamine Administration Routes in Treatment-Resistant Depression: A Meta-analysis
Abstract
We hypothesize that intravenous (IV) ketamine and esketamine will demonstrate superior efficacy compared to intranasal (IN) and oral formulations. We also expect differences in acceptability (dropout rates) between administration routes.
