Abstract

This preregistration documents a narrative review and mediation model: entheogen exposure → mystical/noetic experience → network-level brain change → clinical outcomes. We will synthesize evidence from psilocybin, LSD, and related trials. The registration freezes our causal pathway hypothesis (experience → network integration → outcomes) prior to writing.
