Psychedelics usage among eating disorders: a literature scoping review.
Abstract
The aim of this review is to provide a comprehensive overview of clinical and community studies on the use of psychedelics among people with disoredered eating habits or a diagnosis of eating disorders. It will analyze clinical efficacy, safety and tolerability, underlying neurobiological and psychological mechanisms, and modes of integration into assisted psychotherapeutic protocols.
